• Have a leadership position in an organization, or aiming to be a leader
• Be ready to hire a coach/resource
• Be willing and able to invest in coaching

1. Fill out the application form. I'll review your application and, if I think we might be a good fit, I’ll reach out to you right away. Either way I’ll let you know.
2. Schedule a time for us to speak. I’ll then send you the link to book a time for us to speak. Please be prepared to spend at least 1 hour together.
3. Attend your free strategy session. On the call, you’ll bring your concerns, aspirations, and questions. If you are keen to work with me, and if I think you'd make a good client, I'll explain what it looks like to work together.
