HELP AND SUPPORT
Welcome to the TeamWiser Support page. Here you'll find a few tech tips that can help ensure a smooth experience, frequently asked questions, and a link to contact us for additional support.
Here are some simple computer practices we suggest for a smooth and easy experience with this course.
USE THE RIGHT BROWSER
Please use Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, or any other modern browser as your default browser for this course. Internet Explorer might not work.
USING THE PDFs
Any modern computer should be able to open and display PDF files, but if you need an app for that, try Adobe Reader. It's free (and you might already use it), but for the Mac, Preview works just as well. Depending on your settings, the PDFs can also open right in your browser.
LOG OUT WHEN YOU'RE DONE
When you're finished for the moment, make sure you close all browser windows and log out of your account. Things should run smoothly when you log in again. If you have any issues, try quitting your browser and logging in again.
OTHER PROBLEMS? CLEAR YOUR CACHE
On the Mac, you can also try a “hard refresh” by holding shift and reloading the page. On a PC, use a search engine to learn how to clear your browser's cache.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: May I work through the modules in TeamWiser in any order, or should I start at the beginning?
A: Feel free to work through the modules in any order, but be aware that earlier modules build the conceptual foundations for later ones.
Q: How do I use the TeamWiser Slide Deck?
A: We designed the slide deck for either projection or print, so feel free them to use them however you like. Not every module has corresponding slides, but for those that do, the slides either convey key concepts such as the creativity arc, provide journaling questions, or summarize exercises.
Q: The slides aren't showing up in Keynote or PowerPoint as I expect they should. What's wrong?
A: It might be a font issue. Download and install the free Google font Raleway here. After that, restart your computer and try again.
Q: I'm having problems logging in. What should I do?
A: Please follow the tech tips above, and if you're still having issues, please contact us, below.
Q: I clicked on the Download button but I can't find my documents. Where are they?
A: Your browser's settings determine where your downloads go. Sometimes they open in a new tab; otherwise they typically download to the desktop or to your Downloads folder. Check there, and if you're still having issues, get in touch.
