MODULE 1: WISER VISIONING
Welcome to the first TeamWiser module. We'll kick off the course with a powerful step forward: whether you’re visioning on your own, sharing your vision with others, or building a shared vision together, this module will help you create a powerful and compelling vision that can help guide, align, and galvanize your team. You'll learn how to use a creative process to build a shared vision with your team, how to design and run a simple creative process, tips and know-how for creating a strong, relevant, useful vision, and how to use your vision to guide and motivate your team.
The TeamWiser Slide Deck
The TeamWiser Slide Deck has key diagrams, teaching points, exercise summaries, and overviews to help you share TeamWiser with your team. The slides are designed to be shown or printed — whatever works best for you and your team.
The Slide Deck contains two resources from Module One: the optional "mindfulness warmup" and the journaling components of the Visioning exercise.
