Use this before and after questionnaire to track TeamWiser's impact in your team. The questionnaires will help you and your team understand where you are with respect to each module's theme before you begin the module and after you've worked through it. This is one way you can build your shared understanding of where you are, where you need to focus, and what you need to do. It's also a great way to evaluate your work and your return on investment.
