Our Methodology

Most impact-driven leaders start in the wrong place. They get a big idea, make big plans, and implement with gusto. When reality doesn't budge, they push harder, try again, and ultimately burn out or hit a wall.

We do things very differently.

Step 1: Understand reality

If you want to change the world, you have to understand it first — like a sculptor knows stone. At the root of every dysfunction is a "closed loop" of trigger and reaction, stimulus and response. In this step, you get to know the objective nature of these stuck patterns and, outside their reach, the sources of new creation & real change.

Step 2. Activate creative potential

To realize the potential for a new reality, however, requires an activation — like water activates a planted seed. Step by step, you transform your habits and enliven your creative potential, learning the art and science of transformation and creation in yourself, at their core. This is the "inner work" that turns you in a lighthouse and power station of positive change.

Step 3: Create new realities

The third step is to grow and strengthen your creative abilities in relationship with others and in the work that matters most to you. You move systematically from developing your perception and creativity to co-creating health in relationships, teamwork, organizations, and society. You learn what social health actually is and how to create the "social sculpture."

This worldview was useful for many things, but had significant side effects, including the divisions between self and world, humanity and nature, profit and planet, and academic specialization at the expense of holistic solutions.

Today, thanks to breakthroughs in both science and philosophy, we know that consciousness and awareness are real, and that we can develop them through practice. In this layer, we break free of wrong ideas, habitual tendencies, and worn-out beliefs and, in the process, get to know the source of new insights and creative ability firsthand.

For this reason, their culture is more like a living organism than a well-oiled machine. Because whereas a living system can constantly evolve, a machine can only repeat itself (and eventually break).

Effective and creative collaboration doesn't have to be hard or complex. In this layer, we take the mystery out of optimizing teamwork and team culture by teaching you how to master the perceptual, communicative, action-learning, creative capabilities you need to be a master organizer, leader, and guide.

We also show you how to apply the same principles at larger scales in social or organizational change work. So if you want to change the world — we have you covered.
