WorldMaker begins with the heart of the problem, tracing the true causes of every touch challenge to its roots: the mindsets, beliefs, and paradigms that shape our lives.
This insight from systems thinking is equally valid in our personal lives: we all get "stuck" around core beliefs about life.
Next, we explore the task of changing this root cause. We distinguish between habit and the new, something not determined by previous patterns and norms.
Third, we investigate the "structure" of creativity: how it works, the role of uncertainty, what's needed for breakthroughs, metamorphosis, and other key principles. Ultimately, we build out a toolkit of experiences, know-how, practices, and disciplines designed to help you change the root causes of your biggest challenges and create new realities in your life and work.
Finally, we look at examples of of this expanded kind of creativity in the world. We study the specific legacies of artists, schools, activists, and politicians whose examples helps us understand how we can apply creativity in our own worlds.

Through my work with Magenta I was able to explore my own aspiration and abilities, and how that did or did not line up with my work. I also learned several practices with which I am beginning to come out of the cerebral and into the lived experience of my challenge. I return often to the work we did together to help re-situate myself, and always find new layers of insight.

Adam Kahane - Director at Reos Partners North America, author
I worked with Magenta over a number of months both as part of a senior leadership group exploring our personal leadership and also with one on one coaching. My experience was transformative. I was challenged to think extremely differently about the world, myself, others and my business. On a personal level I resolved many issues that had been holding me back. I have used the tools that I was given with my team subsequently and have received similarly amazing feedback from them.
